Book your place on our Basic Bike Maintenance course to learn how to fix common roadside problems and keep riding. Learn how to: - Select basic tools and spares you need - Safety check your bike - Repair a puncture/replace an innertube - Correctly clean and lubricate your bike - Adjust your gears - Replace a gear or brake cable - Identify more serious issues - basic bike set-up for comfort and improved enjoyment Who is this course for? Beginners – with no or little knowledge of how a bike works. The course is ideal for all ages, but we ask for under 18s to be accompanied by an adult. What shall I bring? we provide all tools, lubes, oils etc. instruction will be based around one of our bikes. Please wear clothes suitable for a workshop that you don’t mind getting oil on.
